If the discount code is not entered at the time of processing and payment, unfortunately we will not be able to honour the discount due to excessive administration costs. We are happy to process this discount in arrears when you place your next order with us, as long as you contact us via email or phone so this new order can be processed manually.

Please ensure you double check your order before submitting to ensure no additional administration charges are added for changes to submitted orders. If you find a mistake has been made please inform us within 24hrs via phone or email.

Upon ordering you will receive an order confirmation, a tracking email and a delivery confirmation that will be sent to the email address submitted with the order.

Payment and Delivery:

Payment options are either credit card or Paypal. If you prefer to pay via electronic funds transfer please contact us to process your order separately.

Freight and GST will be added to your on-line invoice. To keep freight costs to a minimum we use standard freight, which we charge a flat rate of $16 for Australia wide metropolitan areas, and $26 for non metropolitan areas. Typically this is a 5-8day service. If you do require Express Delivery this can be organised.

Your products will be despatched within 3 working days of receiving your payment (unless no available stocks). Since our product is only one unit with no moving parts, along with us having a strict quality control program, the chances of you receiving a faulty product is negligible. If you do happen to receive a damaged product it is likely that it has been damaged in transit, so please take photos and either phone or email us within 5 working days of receiving the product.
